‍This Money-Back Guarantee ("Guarantee") is only offered to clients who enroll in the Gold or Platinum membership tiers and agree to process all international patient payments exclusively through the Company's payment platform.​

Terms and Conditions

• Elegibility: This guarantee applies solely to clients who:
  ─ Enroll in the Premium Growth or Leadership Circle membership tiers.​
  ─ Process 100% of their international patient payments through the Company's platform during the Guarantee Period.​
  ─ Provide verifiable documentation of international patient revenue for the 24 months preceding enrollment, of cash paying and international insurance patients ("Baseline Revenue").
• Guarantee Period: The Guarantee is valid for two (2) years from the Client's enrollment date ("Guarantee Period").
• Performance Metric: The Company guarantees that the Client's international patient revenue will increase by at least 10% annually compared to the Baseline Revenue during each year of the Guarantee Period.
• Refund Process: If the Client's annual international patient revenue does not increase by the specified 10% during either year of the Guarantee Period, the Client may request a refund of the membership fees paid for each year it has been paid up to two years maximum. To initiate a refund, the Client must:
  ─ ​Submit a written request within thirty (30) days following the end of the respective year.
  ─ ​Provide comprehensive financial records demonstrating the shortfall.
• Exclusions: The Guarantee becomes null and void if:​
  ─ The Client fails to process all international patient payments through the Company's platform.​
  ─ The Client provides inaccurate or incomplete financial information.
